Eighteen months after breaking his back in a stunt gone wrong, Colt Seavers is called by a producer to join the set of a science fiction film directed by his ex-girlfriend, Jody. However, Colt wasn't called in just for his stunt skills, but also to track down Tom Ryder, the film's star, who suddenly disappeared after crossing paths with some unsavory individuals. For Colt, this is the perfect opportunity to get back in the good graces of his sweetheart by helping her save the production from disaster.
