The Carrefour jeunesse-emploi d’Abitibi-Ouest (CJEAO) supports youth aged 15 to 35 as they pursue their personal, academic, and professional goals. It’s a welcoming space where young people can find guidance, encouragement, and practical tools tailored to their needs and ambitions. Our services include job search support, career exploration, returning to school, youth entrepreneurship, personal development, social autonomy, school perseverance, and newcomer integration. Every journey is unique, and our team offers personalized, caring, and motivating support. Deeply rooted in the community, the CJEAO believes in the potential of every young person. Through action, creativity, and collaboration, we help them thrive and take their place in society.
