Since 1951, Boulangerie Lacroix, located in Normétal in Abitibi-Ouest, has been a family-owned business specializing in both artisanal and commercial bakery and pastry products.

Every day, our dedicated team crafts a wide selection of fresh breads, pastries, pie crusts, and pizza dough on site, combining traditional know-how with high-quality ingredients.

Our products are made with carefully chosen ingredients, including stone-milled whole wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, calcium sulfate, vinegar, and calcium propionate.

Boulangerie Lacroix is also known for its innovative spirit. We’ve recently developed a range of low-carb breads specially designed for ketogenic (keto) diet enthusiasts.
